Office: Mexico City
Professional at Partner or Senior Manager level, with real expectations of becoming a Partner in the short term, to lead the Transfer Pricing area in the Mexico City office. In the short to medium term, this person is expected to lead the creation and consolidation of a specialized transfer pricing team in the Mexico City office.
The candidate should have a strong background in consulting, specializing in transfer pricing, with at least 7 years of experience in tax consulting firms or multinational companies.
He/she must have proven experience in the design, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies aligned with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Guidelines and Mexican legislation (Income Tax Law, Federal Tax Code, miscellaneous rules, among others).
The candidate should be proficient in economic analysis, comparability analysis, preparation of Transfer Pricing Studies, Annex 9 DIM, ISSIF Transfer Pricing Annexes and Tax Opinion, as well as Local File and Master File documentation. Ideally, you should have participated in tax planning projects, corporate restructurings and SAT audits, as well as in the implementation and documentation of transfer pricing adjustments.
This role requires leadership, ambition to grow the transfer pricing practice within PGA, ability to generate and strengthen relationships with current and potential clients, identify business opportunities, and manage multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for a person with effective communication, strategic vision, adherence to professional ethics and commitment to continuous improvement.
The role requires the ability to exhibit at national and international associations.
It will be a plus to have experience in advising and implementing Pillar Two, particularly in the application of the Country-by-Country Safe Harbour.
