Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our Corporate Law team. The position is on-site, full-time, with a permanent contract.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (full-time).
The candidate should have experience or knowledge of:
- Incorporation of commercial and civil companies
- Preparation of meeting minutes (capital increases or decreases, dividend declarations, capitalizations, etc.)
- Management and updating of corporate books (minutes, capital changes, shares)
- Preparation of share certificates and contribution certificates
- Preparation of granting and revocation of powers of attorney
- Procedures before the National Registry of Foreign Investments
- Implementation of merger, spin-off, company transformation, dissolution, and liquidation processes
- Drafting and review of commercial and civil contracts
- Preparation of manuals and files to assist in identifying the controlling beneficiary
- Procedures before the IMPI and INDAUTOR
- Implementation of due diligence and regulatory compliance
- Process database control
Professional profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate functions (law firm, company, or notary office)

Academic Degree
Bachelor's degree in Law or Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences (graduate).
